BusinessCombinationDescription	tdac_BusinessCombinationDescription	the Company held its Annual Meeting of the Stockholders of the Company at which the stockholders approved a proposal to amend the Company’s Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation (the “Charter Amendment”) to extend the period of time for which the Company is required to complete a Business Combination two times for an additional 90 days each time to June 1, 2020.
